Shipping & Delivery

We offer domestic shipping! Tracking numbers will be provided for your orders in a separate email once your item ships. All of our products are shipped from our warehouse in Orange County, California.

Please allow 1 - 2 business days for your order to be processed. If your order is placed on a holiday or weekend it will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a tracking number via email once the order is processed.

Shipping time varies depending on your location and which shipping method you choose. We are not responsible for any shipping delays caused by the mail carrier.

Returns, Refunds, & Replacements (if applicable):

Due to the customization of our products all sales are final. No Refunds can be granted once an order is placed.


Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for ensuring they have entered a correct delivery address. Your items will be sent to the exact delivery address stated on your order and if this is incorrect we unfortunately cannot reimburse you if your order does not make its way to you. 

SlabStand is not responsible for any items damaged or lost during transit, any claims should be filed with the respective carrier.

If you have made a mistake when ordering an item please get in touch and we will update your delivery address if your item(s) have not been dispatched.

Public/Shared Addresses

If an item is ordered to an address which is accessible by other people such as a workplace or shared accommodation (e.g. university halls of residence) you are responsible for the collection of all items and SlabStand will not cover any stolen or missing items in such scenario.
